Patapsco’s Liberator products can be configured to give Carriers and NLOs a flexible and low-cost method of delivering multiple services to customer sites cost-effectively and with manageability.

Many carriers and NLOs are unable to deliver all the services a customer requires and this is particularly true of the lower-cost services such as ISDN which still require last-mile access.

Additionally, when carriers are running short on cable pairs to a location or building, Liberator can deliver multiple services down a single cable, freeing-up other pairs for other services.

Liberator gives the ability to deliver ISDN PRI, ISDN BRI and fraction E1 G.704 services to a customer quickly, simply, with no PoP changes and to give a genuinely Managed service with visibility to the customer premises.

Deliver ISDN BRI services over a low-cost G.703 leased line.

Delivery two fractional PRI services with/without BRI to a single
location over a single cable.

With a low-cost Liberator at the PoP you can also provide non-switched
access such as a fractional G.704 channelised leased line. At the PoP
the switched traffic is sent to the switched network and the leased
line to the fixed network.

multiple remote sites can be supported and they can share the PoP network
ports using the DB120's “grooming” capabilities.
