The Liberator currently supports ETSI Q.931 Euro-ISDN and ANSI.

PRI supports non-switched E1/T1 presentations, PRI NT or TE. Various T1 switch options are available.

BRI is NT (looks like a network) "S" interfaces with optional Power Feed and BRI TE (acts like CPE). Liberator supports dual SPIDs and other ANSI based parameters.
