Yes. Liberator can be supplied with up to three PRIs
(one or two of which can be to the network) and local BRIs.
Least cost routing can be done either to different Carrier PRIs delivered
to site, or via Carrier Pre-Select where digits are added and the call
is routed via one Carrier network to another.
